The Card Forum includes member banks who are Participants in the Card & ATM stream and representatives from the PAN Stakeholder Forum (PSF). The Card Form primarily responsible for the formulations and custodianship of the Namibian Payment System (NPS) technical standards as well as deliberations on new innovations that may enhance the NPS. 

The Card forum is the structure within PAN that is responsible for governing the Clearing and Settlement of card transaction between system participants in Namibia.
