The IS Forum representatives are both direct and indirect participants in the settlement of high-value payment instructions via the Namibia Interbank Settlement System (NISS) operated by the Bank of Namibia and collectively act as a consultative forum for discussing and approving IS clearing rules and procedures. The forum further serves as a platform where industry and stakeholder liaison and consultations occur through PAN.
