The forum focuses on developing, maintaining, and reviewing operational standards, clearing rules, and compliance frameworks. It plays a critical role in optimizing EFT batch processing, managing transaction settlement windows, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both credit and debit transfer systems.
Through collaborative self-regulation, standard-setting, and risk monitoring, PAN coordinating forums ensure high systemic safety, legal compliance, and operational interoperability across Namibia's national payments market.
