The PAN Stakeholder Forum (PSF) is a dynamic industry-wide roundtable that brings together key participants across the retail and consumer payments ecosystem—from commercial banks and non-bank providers to merchant associations, schemes, and regulators. The PSF serves as a strategic advisory and consultative body to shape national payment policy, promote financial inclusion, and drive the evolution of a highly competitive, future-ready payments system in Namibia.
Through collaborative self-regulation, standard-setting, and risk monitoring, PAN coordinating forums ensure high systemic safety, legal compliance, and operational interoperability across Namibia's national payments market.
